Liz’s Squirrel Monkey
This monkey is painted for my friend Liz- a squirrel monkey. I used a lot of yellow and purple, a little bit of orange, and finally mixed in some pink-red, pthalo blue, and aquamarine. The important thing to notice is that I used not a spot of “brown.”

When drawing from a plastic skeleton, there’s no need to pretend the head is screwed on straight.

Even a shadow doesn’t make as lovely a mark as a twig dipped in India Ink.
